Plumstead Road
Thank you for taking the time to learn about our proposals at Plumstead Road. L&Q are bringing forward a re-design to the second phase of development at 95 Plumstead Road, providing a number of opportunities that will look to enhance the consented scheme.
We are holding an in-person public consultation on
25 March, 5:00pm-8:30pm at London South East Colleges, Greenwich Campus, Villas Road, London, SE18 7DQ
to give you the opportunity to find out more about our plans and to share your views. Your feedback is important and will help shape the final proposals before they are submitted to the council.

Background and Site Location
L&Q received permission from Royal Borough of Greenwich in July 2021 for the redevelopment of the Greenwich Campus of London South East Colleges. This was primarily for the redevelopment of the campus, but also to provide new homes – over 50% of which are designated as affordable housing, including shared ownership and affordable homes. L&Q are now seeking to make a series of minor improvements to the consented scheme. The proposed changes are primarily in response to new fire safety regulations, but will also seek to improve the wider scheme for future residents and the surrounding community.
To secure the proposed changes, L&Q will be submitting an application later this spring, which seeks to amend the existing planning approval.

About
L&Q is one of the UK’s leading housing associations and developers.
Social purpose is central to everything we do. As a not-for-profit organisation, all the money we make is reinvested into helping house those in greatest need.
Residents are at the heart of L&Q. Through our co-production model, our residents work with our leadership to develop ideas and make decisions. This model is spearheaded by a Residents Services Board who hold our group board and leadership team to account.
Our Major Works Investment Programme is the industry’s largest investment programme – almost £3bn over 15 years – to improve the safety, comfort and environmental performance of resident’s homes.
Building safety is a priority, and we are continuing to deliver one of the largest inspection and remediation programmes in the country, covering nearly 1,900 buildings and over 32,000 homes.
Our charitable Foundation supports the communities that our residents create, awarding grants to support good causes which promote aspiration and opportunity, and providing free financial advice and support with employment and training opportunities.
L&Q Living provides care and support services to people with a wide range of needs. This includes older people, people with learning difficulties and mental health needs, and people affected by homelessness.
